Product Description
In 1983 SPRING BREAK hit theaters just in time for the time honored tradition of the same name. The film quickly became a cult classic, known for it’s great one-liners, totally 80’s dialogue and outrageous party sequences. Despite its popularity, the film was never released on DVD…Until NOW! The film focuses on two party guys that make a trek to Florida for a week of uncontrollable partying, however after a small mix-up they find themselves rooming with two of the biggest dorks to ever hit the beach. Now in order to remain in the room they must show the two nerds the time of their life! This is like, totally the most fun a couple bodies can have, for sure!
Classic 80’s,

It’s about time Spring Break was released on DVD.Not only is this movie extremely funny, but it is also a great piece of history of what it was like at Spring Break in Fort Lauderdale in the early 80’s.This movie was filmed on location in Fort Lauderdale at a bunch of the big nightclubs that were on A1A.Most of the movie nightclub partying is filmed at the Candy Store which was probably the most famous club on the A1A strip in the 70’s and 80’s.The drinking age was 18 in Florida at the time,so the college students were very young. It really was a great time to be a teenager in Florida. You have to love the 80’s.Enjoy!
Spring Break Rocks!,

I’ve been dying for this 1983 flick of SPRING BREAK to be released on DVD and am so delighted to hear that it will finally be released this Summer, since SPRING BREAK is a hilarious movie about some high school and college boys rooming together at a semi-swanky hotel in Ft. Lauderdale doing the typical things that teenage boys like and want to do on a nice relaxing vacation trying to escape from reality by trying to get drunk and score on girls, yet was amazes me is it just so happens that the producer and director of the original FRIDAY THE 13TH(Sean S. Cunningham)who typically directs horror flicks just happened to direct this comedy with a success since SPRING BREAK is a totally different kind of movie than FRIDAY THE 13TH or any other kind of flick that Sean S. Cunningham produces and/or directs.
So if you liked PORKYS, HARDBODIES, FAST TIMES AT RIDGEMONT HIGH, or PRIVATE SCHOOL, you’ll definetly like SPRING BREAK.
As a matter of fact this movie takes me all the way back to memory lane to my childhood days when I was living in the Imperial Valley since I was 10 years old in the 4th grade at Rockwood Elementry School in Calexico, CA at the time of its theatrical release in the Spring of 1983 when I was still living in my hometown(El Centro, CA).

Cool, it’s about time Spring Break is being released on dvd. My old vhs tape is about worn out. Spring Break is one of the best movies that I ever watched. Nice scenery in the movie also.
