The excitement of seeing the Jonas Brothers live in concert is hard to beat, but this concert presentation is the next best thing to being there. Basically a collection of highlights from the Burnin’ Up concert tour, the film features live concert footage of hit songs including “That’s Just the Way We Roll,” “Gotta Find You, “Video Girl,” “S.O.S,” and “Burnin’ Up” with pyrotechnics, water effects, and the occasional questionable harmony and out-of-breath lyric. Demi Lovato joins the Jonas Brothers for “This Is Me,” Taylor Swift presents “Should’ve Said No,” and Big Rob even makes a brief singing appearance. Also included is the never-before-released song “Love Is On Its Way.” Viewers get the best seats in the house thanks to a nice mix of up-close, on-stage, and above-stage camera angles combined with wider crowd shots. Augmenting the experience is just the right amount of backstage footage of the Jonas Brothers doing everything from waking up in the morning to braving the screaming crowds of fans at midnight on album release day and even changing clothes between concert sets. This film is very similar to Hannah Montana’s Best of Both Worlds Concert, in which the Jonas Brothers’ made a guest appearance, but this production offers somewhat improved sound and better transitions between concert and backstage footage. The Jonas Brothers (The 3D Concert Experience) is a great hour and fifteen minutes of fun.

The movie is basically a taped performance of one of the concerts on their Burning Up tour. It has the addition of many behind the scenes shots with the guys, their family, band, fans and of course, “Big Rob!”
With spacial guest appearances of Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift.
Plus they have a new song you can only see in the movie!

The movie is 3D, and what an amazing new 3D it is! You will really feel like you are on stage with the band. Plus this new 3D(called True 3D) doesn’t hurt your eyes or give you a headache! Which is a plus because 3D movies of the past have always given me a headache.

The movie is a great companion to one of their concerts, (I had the pleasure of seeing them back in July ‘08). It may not be quite as exciting as seeing them live, but it’s still a close 2nd. If you can’t afford to see them live, or you missed them, the movie is well worth it! I enjoyed the movie even after seeing them live, because I could actually see them!

In the end my only complaint would be that the volume wasn’t loud enough, but that might have been the fault of the theater and not the movie itself.

The show is exciting, well made and very cool! You and your kids will love it!

My whole family loved this movie. Everyone from my Great Aunt to my 5 year old daughter loved this movie, including my two teenage sons. It wasn’t quite as good as when we saw it live but the seats were much better in the movie and we liked the behind the scenes footage too. The only thing I wish is that it could have had more of the concert and more of the behind the scenes. Maybe some of that will eventually make it into the DVD. Can’t wait to own this video!

I would highly recommend this to any Jonas Brothers fan who can’t get enough of them. Knowing how expensive (and coveted) their concert tickets are, this gives you a behind the scenes, front row thrill. Nothing beats seeing them live (seriously, nothing compares!), but the 3D is a close second.
I saw this opening night in LA and the boys stopped by to play us an acoustic set…not your average night at the movies! Needless to say, I enjoyed every minute of the film and sang along to every word. I went to their tour the day before this concert was filmed, so I felt like I was reliving the summer tour. Also, don’t be fooled by some of the fan sequences — just watching all the screaming, running fans is entertaining in itself, even if I am one myself!
