PUNK ROCK (1977)
On the track of a teenage runaway, a trail of murder, sex, and drugs leads private eye Jimmy into the decadent New York City night world: from massage parlors to penthouses and after-hours nightclubs; from sex slavers and pimps to the dangerous members of a killer rock’n'roll band!

PLEASURE PALACE (1979)
Pleasure Palace concerns a pair of urban refugees who purchase a rural brothel in the hopes of enjoying an early retirement. All does not go as planned, however, and a local Mafioso quickly tries to horn in on the action. In addition to male porn stalwarts Eric Edwards, Richard Bolla, and Jamie Gillis, the film also features West Coast sex siren Serena as a hooker with a heart of gold (as well as a secret identity). Reportedly shot in a real brothel (as per Carter Stevens, whose commentary track can be found on this special edition DVD), the film is typical of Stevens’s output during the 1970s. It is also conspicuous as the last film shot by Stevens’s longtime cameraman Prudence Prevails.
