Heroes kid to kid in us all
Vi Labou in international film festival in Chicago last year where he was voted Best of Fest for children 8-12. It is a story of adventure heroes that kids - they discover the treasures lost long ago in a storm near New Orleans, and a plan to foil speculators botch of the parent and child bent on building oil refineries in Louisiana swamp. Best of all, the ‘history of SA for three pre-teens to overcome their differences to pursue what they think correct. Add a beautiful creature of the swamp, Labou, helping kids, and you have a story of adventure for the entire family. One more thing - I think this film was shot when Katrina hit New Orleans. It will be great to know the film got made at all.
