After Tugger, a Jeep 4×4, was injured in World War Two, his radiator fan has replaced with an airplane propeller providing inspiration to a very special dream. Tugger was convinced that his destiny was to one day fly like a real airplane. Tugger now spends his time at an airfield and is always in trouble with the tower cheief and his crazy little dog, Max. Wiht his best friends, Shorty a short wave radio, Bob a transport plane and Ma & Pa the gas pumps, Tugger overcomes great obstacles and realizes dreams can be powerful things.
