This is probably one of, if not the best concert cd/dvd I have ever seen. I never knew the band existed until Greg Grunberg (the drummer and actor from Heroes) told me about them. Not being able to preview any of the music, I held off purchasing this set for several weeks but now I’m realizing how big of a mistake that was. I have been waiting for this CD to come out…Of course, I love Hugh Laurie, and the other actors, but I wanted to see how they played together in a Band. I was not disappointed;and the fact that ALL proceeds go to Charities was even better! I also loved the DVD portion..so do buy this CD, you’ll be glad you did.

Fantastic to both watch and listen to. You can feel the energy of the band listening on cd and get double the enjoyment when watching the dvd. It’s great to see so many famous faces doing their bit for charity and showing off their talent. Recommend whole-heartly to anyone who is a fan of any of the people involved or anyone who enjoys american rock.

Band From TV Hogging All the Covers is a wonderful example of what love can do. I bought 2 off Amazon and a large stack at the Grove in Los Angeles where Band from TV performed for the tree lighting ceremony. This isn’t a novelty band like Russell Crow’s or Jeff Goldblum or Dennis Quaid’s band. This isn’t a vanity project at all. For a fan of any of the actors in this band, this cd/dvd is a real treat! It’s very fun to watch these people come together and make music for a great cause (and they look like they’re having fun while doing it!)
