Director Jon Favreau geeks out in fun ways with the hardware, but never lets it overpower the movie, and there’s always a goofy one-liner or a slapstick pratfall around to break the tension. As for Downey, he doesn’t get to jitterbug around too much in his improv way, but he brings enough of his unpredictable personality to keep the thing fresh. And listen up, hardcore Marvel mavens: even if you know the Stan Lee cameo is coming, you won’t be able to guess it until it’s on the screen. This was the best movie of 2008, in my opinion. Great movie, great acting, and it is a lot of fun to watch. Robert Downey is at his best, and so are the other actors. You’ll love it, it is a must for any dvd collection!

Now before I get into it, this is not a review of either DVD or its features. I saw this movie for $4 via Charter On Demand- and it was worth exactly that. Also, don’t take everything I say too seriously. There’s no need to start lighting fires over a few words I wrote in only a couple of minutes.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - another bat-man clone
My review would probably be rated one of the least helpful as I rated it 3 stars. But, seriously it is a 3 star movie. If you are a comic lover you would rate it 5 or better.

I found this as a different version of batman, a rich playboy turns in to life saver with his inventions. Einstein would be rolling in his grave if he knew Ironman is a better genius than him!

I was very excited to know that i can watch this movie for 99cent but the down side was that it was cut off towards the end and now i would have to either rent the movie from itunes or just watch on cox demand. Thanks amazon you have come true again!
